Pressure Cooker Steel-Cut Oats

Don't substitute rolled oats. I am sure there are plenty of rolled oat pressure cooker recipes out there; this isn't one of them. If you're dairy free, go ahead and sub in your favorite non-dairy milk, but be aware that the lower fat you go, the less silky your oats will be. A well-shaken can of coconut milk will probably impart the same creamy mouthfeel, but I haven't tested it, so proceed at your own risk. You could probably get away with halving this recipe, but I wouldn't go further than that.
